A practical study trip for Brazilian forestry students

In 2014 a group consisting of graduation, master and doctoral students from Curitiba and remote parts of Brazil were invited to visit University Hamburg.  It is a pleasure to have these new guests here, representing a new generation of a multistage cooperation between UHH and Brazilian entities. 
For this purpose we are supported intensely by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) as well as Hannover Messe (Ligna).
We are currently preparing the report of the first edition. The visits along the academic, educational, industrial and ecological realities in the forestry/wood sector of Germany have been conducted between 11th - 24th May 2015.
